Terms of Service

1. Service Description
Helpa Automation provides automated WhatsApp customer messaging solutions for restaurants. Our service enables businesses to automatically respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and capture customer leads through WhatsApp automation.
2. Subscription Billing
All services are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
By subscribing to our service, you authorize Helpa Automation to charge the agreed monthly subscription fee until the subscription is cancelled.
Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period.
3. Setup Fee
A one-time setup fee may apply when initiating the service.
Due to the technical and digital nature of the setup process, setup fees are non-refundable once configuration has begun.
4. Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation must occur before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
Providing accurate business information
Ensuring WhatsApp usage complies with applicable messaging policiesUsing the automation service in a lawful mannerHelpa Automation is not responsible for misuse of the platform by the customer.6. Service Availability
While we strive to provide reliable services, Helpa Automation does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability due to factors outside our control such as third-party platform outages.
7. Limitation of Liability
Helpa Automation shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
